Omah Lay born Stanley Omah Didia, Tems whose real name is Temilade Openiyi and manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi were charged to court for negligently engaging in acts capable of spreading deadly infectious diseases

Court ordered that they be remanded till Wednesday, December 16, 2020 after earlier plans to release them on bail was suspended following the sanction of their case file by Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP)

Reacting to the news of their arrest and arraignment, Wizkid said;
